SALES ASSOCIATE
We are an upscale vape & cigar shop looking for an intelligent, reliable, energetic, & outgoing person to join our family. Excellent customer interactions are our primary focus and you must be comfortable in social environments. Prior experience with vaping products and general knowledge of vaporizer functionality and safety are required.
Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age to apply
• Must be available weekends and evenings in addition to 2 weekdays
• Money handling and counting experience
• Must have reliable transportation of your own
• Drug testing and background check required
• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• This is not an idle retail counter role; you will be expected to keep busy at all times in both front and back of house.
Responsibilities
• Greet and respond to all customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation
• Operate cash register
• Maintain a clean environment at all times
• Check customer identification & accurately determine age before providing service
• Help customer identify and select personalized vaping products based on their needs
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance before, during and after sale
• Receive incoming packages, count and stock all inventory
• Troubleshoot various product issues
• Light cleaning responsibilities

Job Description
Position is a customer facing role requiring a great personality. We will only accept someone who demonstrates a respectable and friendly manner at all times. As a sales associate you will be engaging with customers, establishing rapport, building relationships, providing specialized vaping product knowledge and making retail sales. You will be assisting customers with their devices, helping customers understand basic and advanced functions and concepts, educating on safe use, and troubleshooting issues while ensuring customers always have a positive experience.
